Hello, my name is Sean Blanchard, Founder and Head Trainer of ESBY Athletics.

I want to start by saying "welcome to the family". We plan on helping your student athlete make his/her dreams a reality. Through our highly detailed program your athlete will learn basic fundamentals, advanced skills and next level basketball IQ. We prepare our athletes for game situations and teach them just as much mentally as we do physically. While our program is set up for success, consistency is the biggest factor. We recommend at least 3 days a week for maximum results. We look forward to mapping out a detailed plan tailored to your athletes specific needs. Let's get started today!
